How I did it: Every haircut I kept going for 'just a trim' or 'few more layers' and it was so boring. I hated my hair parted in the middle but I didn't dare change it, I was worried I'd end up with something I didn't like and be stuck with it for ages, or the hairdresser would get it wrong. Read some classic literature. The whole book, not just a few pages or half way this time!
Ironically, one of the only things (exaggeration) I’m not scared of is heights! Nearly everyone else seems to be scared of heights and nothing else. Or maybe heights and spiders.
One day I will start by…going on a proper upside downy roller coaster. (Yeah I’m not scared of heights, but I am scared of being upside down!)
