It’s hard to breath in a crowded elevator. If a restaurant has a lot of people I look for the exits. I go to movies during the day in the middle of the week so I’m not in a crowded theater. Clubs are non existent in my vocabulary. Airplanes are only doable if I have a book, music, and am near a window to see out. Lastly I cant force myself to go to a crowded event or I get sick. Rationally I know this is not healthy so I plan to take baby steps to achieve my goal of not letting it run my life.

I want to know where this fear came from and how I can fix it because at this point I think it is just holding me down, and that is depressing.
Ok, so the reason I don’t have one yet I think is because I just graduated college, with a bland degree and I really don’t know what I want to do with my life. I have never had that one skill that was better than the rest so now I’m stuck because I want my dream job yet I don’t know what it is, so its a catch 22. Should I keep looking hoping that the dream job I will love will pop out at me somewhere?
