My best friend is getting married in August and I just can’t bear to be the ugly fat bridesmaid again. I have to lose weight this time, not only to be healithier, but also to not feel shame on a day when I should be supporting my friend.

Being at the bar...

After much time talking with friends who have definitive Christian beliefs, I began to write down what I believed. Although some of my spirituality is definetly rooted in Christian culture, there are other parts to me and by finding out what I clearly believe I feel stronger. Although I don’t have all of the answers I feel better about my spirituality now.
