Been with my company 4 years and when i returned after maternity leave i did’nt go back into the same job to which i was in – which is illegal (i think!) in uk employment law…..
and last week i had my job changed again and theres a lot of bitching there these days – its sad, cos i used to look forward to going into work but now i dread it!
Put it this way its taking 2 full timers to do what i USED to do in part time hours and more as well…......makes me wanna swear, but i won’t – havin a chat with the boss tomorrow and we’ll take it from there…...............i really don’t wanna leave but if the atmosphere does’nt improve i aint stayin.
In my mission to learn piano again, my son got involved and now he actually wants to learn!! Holy ST!! this is a miracle!i always wanted him to, but you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink, anyway he’s as thirsty as *!!
I’m sooo pleased for him and proud – i’m taking him through the basics but he’s gonna need areal teacher soon…..............and maybe i can pick the bits off a teacher that i forgot !! heheheheheheeehehehe!!
But you must’nt tell, you can tell on the internet but you can’t say it out loud, my dad had a poem about this and it kind of said you must be kind to other people but you don’t tell anyone otherwise any good karma that may come off it may come back and bite you in the bum!
So next time you mow your neighbours lawn – don’t tell anyone and Karma will do nice things for you!! x

Danced like a madwoman the other night! I put some tracks on finetune.com and danced like crazy, I feel sooooo happy!!!!
Watched it and wailed! Big box of Kleenex needed if you watch it! You know what? I feel better for it , i think i needed a cry!
What a very clever film – if you’ve ever lost someone would’nt you like death to knock on your door and give you the TIME to say what you ever needed to say to them – I can always remember saying i love you to my mum who died when i was 9, i would’nt leave for school unless i’d kissed her all up her arms and then on her lips cos i needed her to know i loved her immensely!Immensley is such a small word(and one of those words – the more you look at it , the more convinced you are that it’s spelt wrong!!)talking about your mum, I must have knew in some small corner of myself i would’nt have her for long , cos i never left her side….
My dad had a heart attack when i was 16 and he had made sunday dinner that day, and i knew he was’nt well and i never rang an ambulance cos he insisted he was alright(proud working man!) i prayed to God that he could’nt take my dad cos he’d already taken my mum too soon and my dad shouted upstairs for me to ring the ambulance and so , he survived the heart attack.
He died too soon when i was 30 years old of lung cancer and only when he was in the hospice and we had the priest called in to give him his last rites did i say i love you and then he went…........life is sooooooo short….. and painful…. and sometimes tests you to the limit . But its what you make of everything that counts and did you enjoy or was it a waste of time? Never call anything waste of time – theres always something to be learned…
These days i go by life minutes (and this is before Joe Black!)
Imagine your life as a glass bottle of sand – a timer…............those grains of sand slipping through are your life minutes and you should not care if you upset people for 5 minutes of their life just to tell them i’m sorry but i’m not interested in what your saying, and those friends who whine about the same things day in day out – have to go! they are wasting your life minutes and maybe if you tell these people nicely they will go and do something great with THEIR life minutes…Life is too short to worry about one person being pissed off cos you tell them that actually your not interested in what they are saying,and to do a job that you are bored in cos there is actually a lot of other things you can do.
Basically if something bores me/does’nt interest me/is pissing me off/ is wasting my time/then i get rid – (could be a job, could be friends,could be a partner). sounds cold and harsh, but it certainly makes my life a lot easier …..and actually if you tell people your theory in about a year or so or less whatever, they appreciate you telling them !!
Done a little bit saved 324 quid on buildings and contents (the AA!) and also, the car insurance – apparently if your motor is over 13 yrs old in the uk you save heaps with a company called adrian flux, worth a go! i saved 200 a year!! Just have to beat the bank now 25 quid atime for going over the overdraft and last week not even my fault!! some dimbo (new!) in our payrol department didnt know to pass my timesheet to the person who i had wrote on the top of it!! DURRR!! another 25 quid bank charges for me !! thanks!!Does this black hole ever end or is this just the way life is???
Even if I’m in the kitchen making dinner, I’m gonna get the radio on, and dance!
Even if I’m at a party and I’m not drinking then I’m still going to get dancing!!
I started to laern Spanish about 9 years ago with a Peruvian teacher, expensive one-on-one lessons -did rather well, but ran out of money to pay for them!
Friends of mine can speak it fluently so i am really going to make the effort! Night school perhaps? or an online course..
I really want to find the time to take mt boy swimming every week – he is always asking me to take him , and finding the time between work and things at home can be difficult, but with his new sister here as well i reckon it will be a really nice bit of ‘us’time!
I intend to take him as from next tuesday…...............
