How I did it: I stretched everyday..using pillows Id sit for 30min with 4 couch cusions under me, then every 30min Id take one away until I was in a spilt. Took about 2 weeks to get all the way down...comfortably :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got my tongue pierced when I was 20...I kept it in for 5 years. I got it pierced b/c at that time it was new and not many people had it done...its kind of cliche' now...at 13 girls get their navel pierced at 18 the tongue...its not original anymore...I enjoyed while I had it, I grew up and got rid of it...The healing time isn't bad...be careful where u place it...it can give you a lisp...I didnt have that issue but I know people who did Read how I did it…
Well the 1st half of my thesis is due Wednesday, yeah…I haven’t started…1 am it begins.
I am deeply saddened and extremely motivated. It has come to my attention that I have gotten lazy and I lack discipline. There are things I want to change but I get frustrated and just take the easy way out. I really want/need this change, my mind, body and spirit need for this to change. One change at a time…so until February 8th, I plan to wake when my body wakes me, instead of hitting the snooze. I will begin and prepare for the day by doing at least 5 Sun salutations- so that is 3 months of a new beginning each day. After that…I hope to incorporate another change.
