Day 8 & Day 9 23 months ago

Well, sorry I didnt check in yesterday. The truth is, I was a bit disappointed. I thought day 8 was supposed to be wonderful and magnificent. It wasnt for me. I woke feeling all together sluggish and I didnt have enough eliminations. I was practically gagging the LA by 8pm. It just was making me sick. Luckily, my aunt ( who has done the MC numerous times and studies Ayervedic medicine ) told me to switch to limes and it drastically improved the taste. The LA was much more refreshing and I could drink it again. Also, Ive been working out which isnt very smart. Yoga or light walks are good ways to improve your circulation and release additional toxins while cleansing, but circuit training and cardio is a no-no.

Day 9- morning. I woke up today with cramps from the lax tea. Tongue is still pretty coated and I had a semi-solid emilination so I may nee to extend the cleanse a day or two just to be safe. I will be walking or maybe do some yoga as soon as I finish this posting and that should mak me feel great.

I gotta run, but I am super happy to have made it this far and congrats to all of you who are stayin strong. Talk to you tomorrow. DAY 10 Yippeee!

Day 7 23 months ago

Geez already? Well I must report I wasnt hungry at all today. Still lacking energy and hating the taste of the LA. BOOORING….Ive been doing th SWF every morning and I found out that thats not the smartest idea. It can mess with your electrolytes and I realized that have been feeling dehydrated. Im also pretty low on energy. Had a house full of people this evening and they ordered 3 pizzas. It smelled amazing but I was able to sit down with everyone and not be tempted at all. And I love to eat!!!

Ive decided that I most likely will go for 14 days and then get back to healthy eating and working out. I miss my energy! I dunno we’ll see.

Day 6 23 months ago

Today was easier than the others. Ive kinda fallen into a routine with this. Im tired of the LA. I dont wanna drink it. I barely drink the required six, but I’ve been going for 7 yesterday and today. I decided I would exercise and OMG was it difficult. did the treadmill for an hour (yay!) but couldnt run for more than two minutes at the time. I found myself dangerously tired and my heart rate was super low. I think thats probably unsafe so I just tried to take it easy. I also did arms, squats and crunches. Took an hour bath in huge tub after. It felt good, but its amazing to me how hard it is to exercise without eating. Still, Im going to keep the program up every morning.

Im now getting interested in planning what I’ll be eating AFTER the cleanse. And debating whether to extend the cleasne ONLY becuz I miss being able to work out super hard. And I just cant do that on the cleanse. Its important for me to work out in order to lose weight. I know I will be eating healthy after the clease (fruits vegs and lots of shakes) so I should be OK. any suggestions, thoughts experiences??
