I read my entry 2 years ago about getting married.

We finally did it a few months ago. I’m so happy to be his wife now. Unfortunately though, we’d been apart the entire relationship only to get married and find out he has to deploy to Iraq almost immediately.

We’re a strong couple, so we’ll be okay. It’s just a depressing thing.

(About the picture: We went to a tulip festival and there were barely any tulips, plus! It was miserably rainy and muddy outside. That’s why hes purposely looking disgruntled.)

If it never happens, I won’t waste my time being sad about it. My parents will always think what ever they choose to think of me and I’m over that.

But everyone seems to think that is moving out.
It is, but it’s not really MOVING OUT, moving out. either way.. im out!

I kind of lik it, and at the same time i wish i were back at home. its a complicated situation.

2009: Living in my own house now. Got married and moved into base housing. Absolutely adore it.

dont think about who you want to fall in love with.
dont think about how you will fall in love.
dont think about when youll fall in love.

dont try to fall in love.

i should have done this about a year ago haha.

i want to get away from my family.

my parents are okay, and i wouldnt mind living with them, but my college is closer to my Grandmothers house and i ABSOLUTELY want to get away from her as SOON AS POSSIBLE. i cannot stand her, as im sure she cannot stand me. she treats me as if i am ten years younger than i actually am. im not allowed to cook in her house.. for some unknown reason, as ive never done anything wrong. infact ive done her a little good now that i think about it.

she expects me, as her guest, to be her maid. she wants ME to vacuum, wash dishes, mop floor, dust the house, organize tupperware and pots and pans, wipe counters, and etc. i dont have a problem doing these things, because i am her guest and shes doing me a favor… but shes VERY rude about telling me to do these things. ive never heard her ASK me to. just “im going out to eat, there are leftovers in the fridge, dont forget to do the dishes and vacuum if you have time”

im done. i would be able to leave her house and never see her again. i would be perfectly okay with that.

im planning on getting an apartment before my college semester begins. ill be sharing it with 2 friends.

not only is it a hassle and an annoyance to live with her.. i just want to grow up a little. i want to learn to be on my own. have my own responsibilities and be able to pay my own bills.

Hopefully i can do this THIS summer!!!!

my boyfriend and i are marrying secretly.
we’re trying to make it so that no one will find out that may ruin things. we are getting married now and then getting married later in a couple years to have to REAL wedding. the official fancy wedding where we announce our marriage. we want to do this early for the benefits of it.

We want to be able to get settled and acquire enough money for the kind of wedding we want and to be able to get comfortable with all sorts of new ideas and be able to pay for certain things, like rent. he currently lives in guam and if we;re married ill be able to see him for a LOT cheaper than the normal price. [$1600 as opposed to $3500(cheapest we found!)] see my boyfriend is in the airforce. we will get a few monetary benefits for being married.

sounds bad, i know. but promise i am in love with him and do anything for him. and likewise. he’ll do anything for me.
