This is my initial goal in my weight loss endeavor. If I focus on the whole amount of weight I want to lose, I will become discouraged and ultimately give up. I don’t have a dead-line as to when I will drop all the weight but I would like to lose 10% by November. Just in time for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. My decision to lose weight is not soley based on looking good & fitting into nice clothes, it is to feel better & get healthier.
