I’ve been a veagn for about four years and I feel so much healthier. I think it’s a matter of doing it right( i.e. keeping your diet balanced, making sure your getting enough protein, calcium etc.) You’re also doing something great for the planet and other animals by becoming vegan. The only problem I’ve encounter is social alienation when my friends go out to eat BBQ.I suggest making lots of veagn friends!
