it’s done for now, and I don’t like that phrase “the rest of my life” anymore. I want to be able to move around; I don’t like the feeling of being stuck to a plan. but for the near future, I’m going to grad school (a major decision in itself) and teaching.

I’m looking at grad schools now, and since I want to go somewhere on the opposite coast or thereabouts, I figure next summer is the perfect time for a road trip. although I’ll technically have a predetermined destination, I’ll leave myself enough time so that I can meander my way over there and not plan on stopping anywhere in particular. I’m excited.
I took the year of French and decided to drop it. the class wasn’t for me. I still love the language, but fluency can be put off for a while.
