I made a few weight goals, all in five pound increments, and now I’m checking ‘10 lbs’ off my list. Just cutting sweets and alcohol and hitting the gym (admittedly, almost daily) has worked wonders. I’m feeling better, more energetic, and fitting back into clothes. Yay!

Completely forgot to update!
I cut sweets and alcohol, and started hitting gym, and it just sort of flew off. In fact, as I write this, I’m actually down over 10 lbs from when I wrote my first entry, three weeks ago. Was it only three weeks ago? Woo!
It's great to enjoy your work

This is a hard goal to achieve, but it’s one of the best things you can do for your own happiness. You’ll spend a lot of your life working, so you need to love what you do and look forward to going in each workday.
Good luck, folks.
