So surprisingly… living 200 miles away really helps. My aunt and I have talked and we keep in touch. We talk about my mom and I found out things about my mom that I always knew, but I never wanted to admit to. And deep down… I kind of realize that she did have my best intentions at heart. Granted we had our differences but because I was so upset and struggling so much I guess that I couldn’t see that things she was doing were for the best, so I fought back. We don’t have the greatest relationship but we’re talking without arguing so it’s okay. Guess that I don’t need to stand up to her anymore. We just need to talk and work things out.

How I did it: I was looking for a job and came across an ad for taking your GED and I figured that it would be easy so I took the test (on my 20th birthday) and passed with flying colors. It's VERY simple. As long as you brush up on your math skills and comprehension a little bit you should be perfectly fine. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Starting at a community college... just endrolled in courses (I started with one that I knew I'd have trouble with) and found a job that's willing to work with my school schedule. I'm currently living with my parents again so it makes it a little easier that way... Read how I did it…
I started about… hmmm 2 months ago or so. I like it. Everyone’s nice and all. But working 2 “Part-time” jobs (more like full time) is so exhausting. And I still have no money to show for it and no bills paid off. What does that tell ya? How about selling plasma for money?
I finally moved so far away to the point of them not being able to piss me off on a regular basis. I asked for a little bit of help from them and they immediately refused and were completely bitchy to me. Therefore, I’m glad I moved.
