Alright well then I’ll go with 50 v ups a day cuz ur right they do work all your abs, and that along w/ football I’ll be there in a month and a half-two months.

this is also easy and you can do without any previous backflip experience. By the way:
Gainer: A backflip moving forward in the air.
All you need to know is three things:
1. TUCK in the air and you SHOULD be able to spot your landing before you hit (unlike frontflips)
2. RUN and JUMP with all your strength/ability, trust me it makes it easier.
3. When you get to the end of the diving board, on your last bounce don’t be afraid of hitting the board when flipping, jump UP! DO NOT TRY TO MAKE YOURSELF JUMP OUT. The running dwn the board gives your body a momentum of forward motion, all you have to do is get air and flip now. If you don’t do this right, big deal, you’ll likely do what most people do their first gainer, and underrotate landing on you knees.
Always keep in mind, it’s only water, you won’t hurt yourself.
For your first time I strongly suggest when tucking bring your knees to the SIDE of your head/face. My first one my knees hit the water hard and slammed into my forehead. It hurt because I’m 6’3 175 lbs but no damage.
