Daily: Reflect on 5 things for which I'm grateful.
This simple act has been one of the most powerful in my life! 2 years ago

I realized that I am bombarded every day with negativity and commercialism….

so I decided to remind myself of what I do not always remember: the good things, the great things, the things that make life wonderful.

Doing this each day and emailing them to myself has proved to be great motivation in my daily happiness and (material/financial? success.

I am at 160 +/- 2 pounds 2 years ago

I can not seem to get the last 5 off!

I know that I am building muscle and losing fat so the weight does not go down even though I am losing fat and slimming down
...and that the last 5 are usually the hardest

So I will give myself one more month.
