I’ve been drinking lots of water and eating only healthy food in very small portions. (I have a little bit of ‘junk’ food on the weekend so I don’t go out of my mind lol). Breakfast is a half a bowl of dry cereal or some sliced cucumber. I usually skip lunch but if I have lunch it’s mixed fruit/vegetables (raw but warmed in the microwave) or 3 celery sticks with a little bit of peanut butter. Dinner is what people normally have for dinner, only a really small portion with water between bites. So far it seems to be working, my stomach is looking less flabby and my love handles look like they are going away slowly but surely. I fell on the stairs and hurt my back so I can’t go to the gym but I do crunches or jog around the living room while watching tv lol.
