One thing to remember is that you don’t have to do a gruelling workout everyday. 3 days a week is just as effective, and it helps to have a decent diet. I.E. proper portions. Stick within your calorie range along with your workout and you’ll be fine. Remember, it only takes about 30 days for any action to become a routine part of your life, and vice versa sometimes.

Now, I’m nowhere near where I once was as far as cardio goes. I now exercise regularly throughout the week. There’s really no trick to it. You just have to want it enough. I know that sounds annoying, but it’s the truth. It’s still hard to get my self up and going every once in a while, but I’m feeling better about myself lately. I just need to start working on my eating habits now.

is such a fun language to use. I’m marking this as done now because I have the basics of what I need to know… but after you figure that out you will understand that you’ll never stop learning.
