eat out less
Untitled 1 year ago

I used to eat fast food every lunch, and every dinner. When you’re working non-stop, it’s easy to end up in line staring at the value menu.

I only eat out about 3 times a week now. I keep lunch supplies at workk. I keep my home stocked with food. If I’m tired, I eat something simple at home, instead of grabbing a burger and fries at a grease-shack.

All it really took was making a commitment to myself. I needed a reason, and I found two: money and health.

Err… yea.. about that. It’s past my bedtime. Better luck next week, perhaps.

learn to play basketball

I would say I know how to play now. I’m not especially amazing or talented, but I’m competent enough to go out and play with my co-workers. I’m still not confident enough to just show up at a playground and pickup a game. I’m working on it though!
