How I did it: I fought for my own happiness and never gave up hope. I believed in myself. I put in the effort to become this way, and then all of a sudden before I knew it I was happy just being me. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just looked up the tabs and chords of whatever songs I chose to learn, and practiced them. It wouldn't have taken me as long, but I only practiced every couple of days. Except recently I've been playing daily, which is awesome. So yay! Go me! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I really started writing when I was a freshman in college, but I wrote my first song at the age of 8. Some people can write no problem, others it's just not something that comes easily. In my experience, forcing a song because you want to finish it is bad. I got the word ‘believe’ in script tattooed on my left wrist a week ago. It is a reminder to myself to always believe. Believe in myself, that I can do anything I want to in this life, that I can accomplish my dreams no matter how crazy and unrealistic they may seem, that everything happens for a reason, that God is guiding me long his path every day, that I am what I think and if I believe something in my heart will happen, then it will.
I love it.
I have recently lost 20 lbs.! I am SO excited to finally be making progress on this and getting closer to my goal weight day by day! I am currently 189 lbs, but, as my boyfriend says, I am ‘disappearing.’ It is so great to see the changes happening and to have people I know coming up to me saying I look great and noticing it as well. It also helps motivate me to make the right choices daily. I do give myself one bad thing a day though, because if I don’t I will go crazy and eat WAY more than I should of whatever craving I have been ignoring. But yeah, geting closer one day at a time! :D
