So I’ve embraced technology and got a g1. It’s a bit awesome and I’ve started using it to keep my food diary again. Hopefully it will last! We shall have to see.

But overall I already can spot what I need to improve. It’s just making sure to do it.

Confidence at work 8 months ago

So…I seem to feel a lot more confident at work at the minute, making sure that I talk to people and that I feel confident.

Now just the rest of the world. I still don’t have the confidence in myself to strike up a conversation with a stranger and not feel really awkward. This is something that I am going to have to work on in the future.

Another Week 8 months ago

So another week is done and I only did 4 sessions this week. I’m still working quite hard, but I’m getting a little bit burnt out. A couple more weeks of weights and cardio, and then a cardio week for a bit of a rest should do the trick.

Overall things are going well thought. Hopefully I can do as well with some of my other goals and carry on changing how I look.
