I’ve got this down to about an 80% success rate, which in my line of business is actually pretty good!

My hard drive died two months ago and I lost a lot of “stuff” – including old emails. While some of these may have been important, the end result is that I have a pretty up-to-the-minute email inbox! I guess if the emails are/were REALLY important, people will get back to my asking for whatever response was required?
This was a really frustrating thing to do. I started the process in April 2011 and FINALLY got it all sorted on 13 December 2011!
Very worthwhile though! My financial status is still a bit rocky, but much improved :)
