My foot hurts but, hopefully it is improving. By the 23rd, it should be somewhat better. I should see real improvement by the end of this month. So, I am hoping for the best and a full recovery!

I was 94 lbs. before I was injured. I could not exercise and had to rest all day and eat a lot in order to get better. Now I am 104 lbs. I am actually at a more average weight now but I would like to get really fit again once I am better. My body fat is still very low from being fit before, so hopefully I will bounce back after I heal up. I can still wear the same clothes thankfully. I rarely get above 100 lbs. so I think I should lose 4 to 10 lbs. I am not a fan of dieting so I will do this through exercise once I can work out again.
