I have done this during this year, but something seemingly keeps dragging me away from it. There is a Park north of me, on my street and would like to make it a more consistent activity.
I recently completed another 43Things goal, “Get a Digital Camera” so I can post some pics on this subject of running and/or exercise. The only thing is; it took me 10 wind-sprints of about 100 yards to get this picture I posted. One mile in the Olympics is 1500 metters. I did 1000 just for the photo. -LAF

I had started the Michael Thurmond’s Six Week Body MakeOver. I have seen great to phenomenal results. I have been active in formal training and organized sports before. But recently, it seems futile to work out. What is it? It can get me so disgusted! -LAf

It’s not over yet. ..but it’s a start. I got a Dual Mini Digital Camera now. It also functions as a WebCam. Not bad resolution (take it from a Techie). Great for Email, Blogs, and eh..hem …43Things.
I still in the market for an Upgrade tho. I’m not really a camera buff, but maybe Maria has been encouraging for a Canon Powershot. May even look for the Olympus Stylus. Both Kodak and Polaroid (both big-named companys) have affordable Cameras in local stores.
Those still looking for a Digital Camera, local Drug Store chains have some affordable and practical models. My camera came with a CD and USB for immediate PC applications.
