buy a rental property
Great investment

I was looking for a foreclosure to flip and not having much luck. There were a bunch of new investors in the market driving prices way up. Super frustrating! I noticed the market was changing rapidly with prices rising. My wife and I started being more aggressive about finding at least one buy and hold rental property. We quickly found a good little duplex, 4bd 2 ba on each side. We closed quickly and I got to work. It was pretty clean but one side vacant. I got it ready to rent and found a good family right away. Rented in less than a week and enjoying the income ever since. Currently we are in the middle of a flip on a short sale property I found. With the profit we intend to buy another rental property and also look for the next flip opportunity.

Ivealready done two flips with my uncle, but he was the project manager. He made nearly all the decisions with my input. This time I will be the one making the decisions.



lose 25 pounds
I lost 28 pounds yesssss!

I was trying to lose that weight for a couple of years before I got really serious. Finally I realized what i was doing wasn’t working. Then I cut my calorie intake to 1000-1200 a day with moderate activity output which is what I can manage consistently. The weight came off and quickly.
