is that it annoys me!!!!
Seriously, I’m having a tough time getting the thoughts in my head to turn to positive vibes when in a situation or around people who I find totally irritating and annoying.
I’m reading a good book at the moment ‘Overcoming Anger & Irritability’ by William Davies, and I can identify with everything it says but I just don’t seem to be able to be one of those cool & calm people who don’t let anything hassle or worry them. How do I do it! Any advice is welcome …..

Curves are in!
I’m finally enjoying the way I look. I’ve lost a little bit of weight (without really trying which is great) and my curves are curving and swurving in all the right places, which makes me feel much more feminine. It helps too, that I’ve met a wonderful man who tells me I’m gorgeous all the time! :-)
Van the Man in London

What a legend! Saw him for the first time just last week at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
I’d heard he could be a bit of a ‘grumpy old man’ at times, and subsequently let down his audience, but he was truly amazing. If you get the chance to see him, you won’t regret it.
