But I have nearly finished series 1, and the nw series doesn’t start until the end of January so there’s still plenty of time.
I thought watching series 1 again might be a bit boring, but loads of stuff happened that I had forgotten, and also Sawyer takes his shirt off a lot more in this series which is always a BONUS!!

How I did it: I made more of an effort to do stuff, rather than putting it off to another time. I also did things friends suggested that I might ordinarily have made excuses to get out of through laziness.Making a note of anything I considered a new experience helped me to see that I do new things all the time but don't generally reflect on these experiences. How I did it: Truthfully I was only partially successful with this goal, but I feel like I achieved my aim which was to not get ridiculously drunk and regret it the next day. I only drank on 3 occasions and limited the number of drinks I had rather than drinking everything I was offered. It was good to know that I do have some self-contol, and hopefully I will continue to exercise this in future! Waking up without a hangover is a great feeling... Read how I did it…

I was a bit annoyed about that. But yeserday morning I got a letter asking me for another interview. I think that all the practice I’ve been having should make this next interview a success. I hope!
so now I can only watch TV in the lounge or on the internet. It’s definitely cut down my viewing loads!
