How I did it: Go to http://www.goodsearch.com and click on "enter your charity here." Put a word in for your favorite charity. For example, I love Heifer International, a hunger and environmental group. So I would put in "heifer" to find my charity. Then click "Verify." Select yours from the list. How I did it: Just bought one at Wal-Mart. It was okay. It didn't keep my interest long enough for me to actually lose weight or tone muscle with it. I had to do it while watching TV, and I don't watch TV. So...yeah. Read how I did it…
How I did it: It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, once I started. I continued to exercise a few days a week, at the gym, usually on the treadmill, lifting weights occasionally. Most of what I did that worked was limit my portion sizes. I eat a lot of fast food, and I experimented with ways I could eat just a tiny bit healthier. I took the buns off of burgers.
