I’ve almost completed my first “thing” Fantastic! Here are some tips for you all.
Basically, I’ve sort of weened myself off meal times. Now I’m eating about five smaller portions (snacks, really) a day, lots more fruit than anything else. Don’t rule out anything that isn’t totally obvious – you’re gunna want to watch the cakes and biscuits, but everything else is pretty much fine… Neither should you meticulously note down your every last calorie. Becoming a diet bore is worse than being a big fat fatty. Good luck!
