I went biking again today, been doing that for a while, but never really been thinking about getting a solid routine down. As winter approaches, I will probably not have the time / have nice enough weather to go out every day, so maybe I need to start getting something indoors started (treadmill, something similar)...the key is determination to keep going.

Hmm…I’m already somewhat happy, if base optomism and an inability to go a half hour without smiling counts. But I’m just not TRULY at easy, relaxed, gratefully joyous- something just isn’t right.
I suppose the sorrow / jealousy / anger / etc that offsets the happy stems from things that I wish I had but just DONT. The key to removing these is to simply accept what I have and run with it, or actually put the work and devotion forward to change what I can.
And there I’ll start. Losing weight, being more social, et cetra- all sub-goals.
