How I did it: I had a late start: didn't have the option, resources, or finances to jump into college fresh out of high school.Once I did start, I had to do things part time. Sometimes I would take 1-2 courses and work 2-3 jobs at a time. How I did it: Took a drive to an area hangar that offered lessons.Watched an instructional video, listened to instructor's lesson, had briefing about the plane, signed life away with waivers, and geared up.I can't even explain the different levels of various emotions.
