have apparently lost two inches off my hips! YAY! Hope my twelves fit me NOW!
Got loads of clothes the last few weeks for christmas presants. I am looking better than I used to. I am still learning about my hair and just daily grooming such as doing my nails, wearing my braces, moisterinsing etc.
GOing on holiday in two weeks, I have to looks great:)
GRRRRR this is such a frustrating goal.
I hope to get into 12s comfortably by the end of the year. But I am putting it down as a 2010 goal also
I have now got a personal trainer. I am toning up unbelievable. I am so glad. She has got me doing cardio, weights and toning. Before I just did cardio, because I was scared of muscelling up:)I am getting fitter now and thinner:D
Have got the package. Have been so sick had swine flu:( So this is my way of getting my fitness up

Drink 3 litres of water daily ( as I am swimming I need a lot. Getting so dehydrated)
Eat at the TABLE! Dont chew the cud infront of the fridge.

Ate so much yesterday. Way too much. If everyday I could improve by a tiny bit that would be great.
To me eating healthy is watching portions, not overeating, eating fruit and veg, not overeating carbs, not eating too much sugar and sugary high calorific foods ( only allowed if I have major craving which I never really have, murphys law it will be this week)
Must make conscious descisions.
Lately I have been just not eating while I am starving and then I overeat when I actually eat.
Half way through the year already! Cannot believe it.

This is so difficult. After swimming I am ravenous. I am always so hungry. Is it swimming or being a newbie veggie.
I am cracking up because I am gaining weight. Started a food diary to record food I eat. Also figured out the reason I eat when I dont need to is because I was really hungry and think I deserve to overload my body or I am bored.
