... some friends gave me a few recommendations, and it feels really good to have gotten back into the swing of reading again :)
if you’re struggling, i recommend the no. 1 ladies detective agency series by alexander macoll smith (a lecturer at my uni!). they are lovely little heartwarming novels, and really easy to read, even if you dont have much free time.

It took me a while...

...but living on my own, and on a budget, really pushed me to actually learn how to look after myself, and now i’ve built up a nice little collection of recipies i can knock up easily.
its very satisfying :)
