I wasn’t fat a few months ago, but definatley not in good shape (no strength, endurance, or speed), and now have noticed that I’m getting a little doughier – not fat, but just seeing that I could easly cross that barrier if I keep letting things go. For myself, and my fiance, I want to get in kick arse shape, but this is going to be a hard one. The running class I’m enrolled in currently at college will help, but also need to do situps and pushups to help boost running’s benefits.

It seems like it wouldn’t be too hard to remember something as simple and essential as drinking… but yup, it seems like I always do that, and end up getting dehydrated. So, for my health and well being, I will make a point to drink a lot more water. It tastes good, helps keep the body clean, and will keep me from shriveling up like a raisin if I get way too dehydrated. Plus, if any ladies out there get UTIs a lot, drinking a lot of water and keeping yourself well hydrated will help reduce your chances of getting those.
I’ve always wanted to write a lot, and used to, but now it seems like wanting to write is enough to get me by… but it isn’t. I really must write more often, and get out that nasty procrastination. Maybe that whole ‘when there is turmoil, there is a greater urge to create’ thing is true, as before I moved and was getting to know my now-fiance, I wrote a lot, and even a book with him, but now, it’s like, writing or spending time with him… I’ll do the latter. It’s a goal worth setting, and even more worth doing, though, so it will be done. Oh yes, it will be done.
