Took me forever to do this!
Its a jersey type material, with a wide waist band, and circular cut so that it swishes and spins out when I walk. Felt a bit self conscious wearing it for the first time yesterday since I haven’t worn a skirt in forever, but with this heat lately, it was a nice change from capris that are too big for me now.

How I did it: My husband and I have eliminated the junk food from the house, you can't eat whats not there! I bought My Fitness coach for Wii, and Wii fit plus with the balance board. I hated exercising but now I find it pumps me up afterwards. I also lift light weights. I was counting calories, but honestly it was making me insane. I cut back calories too far, which made me so hungry I couldn't even sleep, and I was hungr… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well I had to drag myself to an 8:15am appointment on a Saturday because thats all my hairdresser had available. I brought in 4 pictures of a haircut I had before that I loved. What I ended up with does NOT resemble it at all. I kept thinking she would cut more, or it was going to change shape, but it didn't. Its basically a blunt style bob, curled under at the ends, and I have a very round face. I can't wait… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have panic disorder with agoraphobia, with the dentist being one of my worst phobias ever...to the point, that for the consulation I needed an ativan just to stand it. I had at least 8 cavities, needed a serious deep cleaning, and had to have a tooth removed. It was decided I would be put out so everything could be done in one shot. I just went this morning, and they were SO incredibly nice!!! I took 1mg of … Read how I did it…

Have been using My Fitness Pal, the database of about every food you can think of makes it really easy.
I’m not 100% sure of my start weight, as I was wearing clothes -but it sure was enough to kick my butt in gear to make a major lifestyle change. Cut out the junk food, its a pure treat now, not a habit. When I stepped on the scale that day in late January, it said 114kg (251.3lbs!!!) I was kinda horrified. I’ve been heavy my entire life, but my heaviest was 256, and I couldn’t believe I’d let myself get back there again. I’m now down to 238.4 (in my skivvies! ;). So 2 more pounds to go!
My first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight by June 21st, the start of summer. From the rate I’ve been losing, I may very well hit that goal by April though! I am eating roughly 1000 calories less then I’m burning, next step though is the dreaded exercise. Still need to find and stick to a workout plan!
