about what I have accomplished this month. Looking through the list I made at the beginning of the month, I can see that I have completed a good degree of the things I set out to do. The rest I don’t seem to care about anymore and I think that too is a type of growth.

barefoot walking can help many people minimizes depressions and anxiety naturally. Yesterday I went for a long hike/bike ride almost entirely barefoot and it really helped to enhance my mood. I used to be barefoot all the time even in school, or in the winter. Last year, I moved to a crappy apartment downtown surrounded by glass and I started putting shoes on. My mood has changed and I have developed a good degree of foot pain when I never had any before.
Maybe this will help center me a bit, while relieving some minor pain.
It’s nearly the size of my face!
(I look a bit rustic because we just got back from hiking)
also my most recent batch of chamomile rose castile soap is all finished! It’s a good thing too, after that hike, a hot shower sounds nice.
YAY!
