I’m starting week 5 of a 10 week programme and so far so good. In fact I ran on Sunday night and it felt AMAZING. I could have just gone on and on and it also had the added bonus of cheering me up. Felt like sh1t when I got in and after the run felt so much better.
I so want to keep on wtih this.

Well, I’ve signed up for a class again and I go to my second class today. I’m also speaking it a bit more and reading it a bit more (but only a bit!). Going to Spain for a few day in October might help too….
