How will I ever manage to find time to write 1667 words every day for a month? I dont’t know how a managed last year – but I did! It is a special feeling, to be focused on this goal for a whole month, working on it every day, trying to find time, even when your schedule seems already to be full of other commitments.
I am looking forward to it, but I am also a bit worried.. Do I really want to add more stress to my life, when I actually want to have less of it?
I still have some weeks to think about it. November is the month.

How I did it: 2. November 2008 I discovered that NaNoWriMo was not only for young people, as I had thought. Every year in November people from all over the world register at NaNoWriMo.com, and each tries to write 50.000 words during November.Even if I had lost almost two days, I decided to registrer and give it a try. The pressure of having to write so much in a short time was beneficial to me. Because of that, I was not able to sit for … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started to eat mostly raw food. Mainly vegan, but I also include som raw fish (sashimi). No milk, white sugar, wheat, bread. And even more strange: No coffee! I thought I was completely dependent upon coffe, but obviously not. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, nuts, seeds, oil, avocado, raw cocoa. My body seems to like it, I lost 3 kilo in less than two months without at all trying to slim, and I have much more energy than before. It i… Read how I did it…
My new VitaMix blender is the best thing I ever bought. Yes, it was expensive, but these first days I have used it several times a day with super results. (Strawberry icecream, soup, salad, dressing, smoothies.)Today I had a large portion of green smoothie for breakfast, that really makes be feel light and fresh.
This is really a must-have for a rawfoodist, and it is a great timesaver.
Last week at least four different persons has given me books for the small bookcrossing zone I have established at the place where I work. They made two great piles on my desk. Really good books too, I wanted to read almost all of them before I release them (have read two of them till now), but I am going to kill myself if I aim at reading all the books before I circulate them, and so much reading may become stressful, so I have to try to control my appetite.
