I’m only 17 and I’ve only had one boyfriend so far! It didn’t work out, and I doubt I’ll be finding “the one” for a long time. Although, I am determined to find him before I get too old for kids!

Best three years of my life now that I look back on it. I wish I had stuck with it. Next year I’ll be too old for youth Soccer (I’m 18 in a month) and didn’t sign up in time for this year!
However, I am excited to be informed that the city has a 19 and under recreational league!
Oh, and the US Women’s National Team is so going to kick ass at the Women’s World Cup this year! Go USA!
I live in the US and was born here. I’ve had some experience traveling in foreign nations and I’ve made friends from many different nations! There is no other country in the world like the US. They don’t call it the land of golden opportunity for nothing! As for stereotypes, don’t believe the hype. The majority of Americans welcome newcomers with open arms, and we can just forget about those grouchy few who don’t.
Just a word of advice for those who do decide to start a new life over here: It would be VERY wise to learn English before coming here. It is very hard to find a decent job if you can’t speak the majority language, and you run the risk (although it is very rare) of getting exploited by employers who are less than ethical.
