Meditation is the best 3 years ago

Hey everyone! It’s awesome so many people are interested in meditation. We gotta change this world from the inside before we change it outside.
I practice a meditation called Sahaja Yoga and it awakens this energy called Kundalini located in the sacrum bone. It puts you in a state of thoughtless awareness very easily. Definitely would recommend trying it especially since its free.

Sahaja Yoga is any easy way to open the heart and have that feeling of Love everyday :) No doubt it has helped me.
