How I did it: I was required to take a math class at my college this semester. We spent a great portion of the class talking about financial matters - things like loans, mortgages, credit, stocks, etc. I had never learned about those things before, so it was really great to finally learn how to figure out how much a loan will cost or which stocks/investments are the best to use. Read how I did it…
I’ve been talking about getting a tattoo for about three years now. Last Saturday (11/08/08) I finally got my first tattoo. It was a birthday present to myself on my 21st birthday. I went to a really great tattoo shop here in Columbia, SC – Devine Street Tattoo. It’s a really great, clean, super friendly place, and I know a guy who’s good friends with the owner. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, he drew up a tattoo, and then we did it! It hurt, but not enough to make me cry or pass out. I pretty much beasted it! I love my new tattoo, I think it’s so cute and pretty and it means a lot to me. I chose stars because they have always been special to me. When I am underneath the stars, I cannot doubt the existence of God. Every shooting star I see is a message from God telling me that he loves me and is going to take care of me. I know they’re kind of cliche to a lot of people, but to me they hold a lot of meaning, and I’m proud to have my stars on my wrist!
So, scene hair is pretty fun, but I’ve never worn it for a whole day. But I figure I should do it at least once while I’m still young enough to pull it off. Yeah…..
