I look at my arms now and they look huge to me. And for once my upper body is wider than my thighs WOOOOOO!!
right upper arm diameter 32cm
shoulders 112
chest 92cm
bum 96cm
around both thighs 100.5cm
74kg 14% body fat
goal 80kg 8% body fat
started doing bench presses about a week and a half ago coz pushups were becoming too easy. been working out most days, and have been drinking a protein shake. Trying to keep carb intake to a minimum. Being able to see increase in physical size gives me motivation to work out more
