How I did it: It seems a little strange to call myself a runner, but I've been running (actually more like jog/walking) for a few months now, so I think it's safe to say I am!I just made up my mind that I wanted to be a runner and now I make myself go even when I don't really feel like it.I have a goal of running a 5k on Thanksgiving day and I think it really helps to have a goal you can work towards and look forward to.
