you know seriously though yoga can really help with your posture and stay in shape. there are a couple of yoga exercises that can help you with your posture. well go online and check it out. one of them you get on your knees and then lean back while you hold your feet with your hands and stay like that for about 20 seconds and then get back up. Also the cobra stance can help you too as well as the bow and arrow stance. Try those out every day and the the others that i talked about, you should do them for at least about 30 seconds :) good luck i know im still working on my posture :) if you like to dance try out ballet!!



lose 15 pounds
15 pounds not wanted! 13 months ago

arghhh… i recently just lost about 8 pounds and somehow…. i gained it all back…. T T… aughh… eating when bored or stressed is a really bad habit… i need to lose it!!! mmkay so my goal right now is 115 pounds and right now im about like… 128????? mmkay so right now my plan is not to go on a diet because i used to be anorexic and bulmic and that did help me lose weight but i do not want to ruin my health any more!!! so now i am trying to eat what i eat but in smaller portions and fewer times in a day. Also, I am trying to run or walk everyday but its so hard, especially with the freaking hot weather! My goal is to lose at least 3 pounds by end of the week !!! Please God help me :)

im a little bit more organized!!! WOOOHOOOOO!!! 13 months ago

today I organized a little bit more. YAY! at least for school, i decluttered my binder by buying dividers at target and got a homework workbook today. SO yeahhh… I guess I’m a little bit closer to getting organized with my life. Yay!!! just need to declutter my room now! ahahaha. man staying organized is hard… aw well I CAN DO IT AND FOR THE REST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
