breakfast:
3egg whites
broccoli
cauliflower
orange (300)

lunch:
turkey sandwhich
apple (400)

snack:
kashi go lean cereal
soymilk (240)
or canned tuna with grapes (150)

dinner:
differs (300)

snack:
100 calorie popcorn (100)
green tea
needs to equal 1300



do yoga everyday (read all 2 entries…)
not worth it

I love yoga but not everyday sometimes my body needs it and I want to do it then but sometimes I really don’t want to do it so everyday is not fitting for me



stop eating processed foods (read all 3 entries…)
easy

it is not good for your body, you mind or your soul, I feel soooo much better without it
