I’ve started to make the effort to prepare a mug of tea every morning before work. In the past I would occasionally have extra time to make tea, but lately I had been skipping it. Seems really ridiculous of me, looking back on it, because it is so simple. Boil water on the stove, pour it over a tea bag, wait 4 minutes… hardly any effort involved. Now I remember to prepare my tea before I make my breakfast or lunch, that way I pack it in my bag and it is ready for me at work.
So far it’s been 6 straight days drinking tea. My goal is to go an entire year having a cup of tea every morning. I figure that if I can go a whole year then I will be one step closer to a healthier lifestyle and will have the confidence to continue to make this effortless mug every morning.
