10 miler and 5ish miler. My achilles is now feeling much better. I also exchanged my shoes (2nd time) so I’m hoping these work.
Up to a 10 miler this week, and started running hills. Also got new(er) shoes. The back of my ankle started hurting midweek and now I can barely walk on it….from searching online I have an idea of what it is but I think I’m going to go to the doctor.
