as a student i ate rubbish for my 1st year and then decided enough was enough, i know plan meals before i shop, and know how to make a good meal out of barely any ingredients and left overs.
i make sure i buy enough veg, and as i dont eat most meat, i now make sure i either have fish or quorn with every meal.
