I finally did it and dropped out.
Its great to know i wont have to set eyes on my awful placement again, but i miss all of my friends, im jealous knowing that they will all be there next year without me and im terrified of losing touch with them.
But i recommend doing it because if your not happy in your course, u wont get the mmost out of it, and it does take a lot of weight off ur shoulders!!
