I finally bit the bullet and signed up (on my own!) for pole dancing lessons and 8 weeks later i’m still doing it. It’s SUPER fun and man it makes you so strong.
I hurt badly for the first two weeks or so, but that’s only because I had to get used to using muscles you don’t really use on a daily basis. And the best thing of all is that you get fit so fast and it barely feels like a workout (until the next day!).
It’s also sexy as hell and a fun little party trick to pull out to make people go “O.O!”. So worth doing.
