fly in an airplane

Yayz, I took a trip to New Jersey and flew on five planes! Spending over two hours in the Winnepeg airport was kinda dumb, but oh well. It also seemed like a lot longer because of the time change. However, on the way back I had a three-hour plane ride that amounted to 1.5 hours in my time. It was funny to hear the captain announce partway into the trip that it was 12:40, when the plane had left the airport at 12:40. It’s like time travel… but not really.

The best part was the very first takeoff. It was in this tiny little plane, and when it lifted up it was so exciting! Unfortunately the excitement was quite gone by the fifth plane.
