Holy cow, suddenly today I felt I’m fat. Haven’t had this feeling for the past 10 years. Have to do some thing about it fast!!!
Here are the few steps for the next 2 weeks (until Nov 19):
1- no more pop
2- no more chocolate
3- no more baking
4- Only 6 spoons of rice per day
5- Have 4 servings of salad per week
6- Have more servings of fruit per day
